Short: Notepad replacer & Coding utility
Long: Big fan of this one (actually using it for most my php & html coding). I really love the Syntax Highlighting ,Syntax Folding, Multi documents, Code completion, and the fact that it has lots of plugins and extensions :).

Short: Win 7 Tweaks
Long: Heaps of tweaks for Windows 7. My favorites are: paste clipboard to text file, paste clipboard to picture file, and changing backspace to go one folder up instead of going back to last folder.

Long: Amazing progy to sort and organize your music tags. Has support for different file types, album art, automated conversions and more. Highly recommended.

Short: Find and remove duplicate audio files
Long: Finally something that seems to work good. This program will sort through your music analyzing your music and comparing the results, so it can find files that are the same even if they have different names, or no names at all. Love it :).
